wow, another update! it's almost like i'm using this thing! put two new things into /downloadables, some python things that i probably should've added a long time ago:
- surfscale, scales pygame surfaces to fit or fill a space (like desktop background settings)
- shitterm, fake terminal to do text-based stuff without dealing with platform differences
- also updated NOTES.txt to have information on everything
